TLCWorks Client and Donor Management System:  This automated system will improve capacity to increase Client and Community Member populations at the lowest possible cost. These systems will also allow implementation of critical improvements for building donor trust.  Budget: $75,000

• Multi-user software for managing application and benefit level processing
• Streamlined Community Member communication
• Real-time donation posting to Client web pages
• Weekly benevolence checks instead of 6 - 8 week delays
• Clients will receive immediate notification of each donation
